About the Role
Engages with clients and administers trusts to achieve trust and estate planning objectives. Responsible for the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions including but not limited to the administration of trust accounts, investment accounts, IRA's, estate planning and real estate supervision. Ensures compliance with federal and state tax and regulatory requirements, along with internal policies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Extensive trust knowledge of estate settlement, income distribution, and multi-generational taxation.
• Provide fiduciary, trust, investment, and financial planning services to First PREMIER Bank’s Wealth Management Clients.
• Responsible for expanding existing and growing new customer and referral relationships.
• Proven track record of effectively administering all aspects of the most complex trust relationships.
• Proven track record of coaching and mentoring other members of Trust and Investments department.
• Increased leadership expectations and involvement in departmental strategic initiatives, projects, and process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Substantial trust administration experience within a community bank or comparable setting required.
• Must possess extensive understanding of a trust department, investment products and banking industry.
• CTFA along with proficiency in trust and investment accounting systems required.
• Professional designation is required and may include, but is not limited to: CTFA, CFP, JD, CPA and/or Graduate of National Trust School Program.
