We are seeking a  skilled Electrical Project Manager with experience in both commercial and residential electrical work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects, coordinating with clients, and leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage electrical projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving solutions on job sites.
• Supervise electricians and subcontractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Manage material procurement, vendor relationships, and subcontractor contracts.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reports.
• Handle project documentation, change orders, and financial tracking.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
• Strong background in both commercial and residential electrical projects.
• Electrical license (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local Miami regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
