Participate in the design and guide the analog IC design team to achieve project goals;
Decompose and define the functions and performance indicators of each module according to product requirements;
Formulate and implement development plans, optimize designs, and ensure that the design team delivers high-quality products on time;
Track the technical trends of competing products and provide technical support and guarantee for project development;
Promote technological development and innovation, improve product quality and competitiveness;
Understand the national market and be able to make key suggestions.
