Your Role

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialists to join our marketing team, supporting our PSC Software division. This role focuses on enhancing our online presence through effective website management, SEO strategies, paid campaign execution, and competitive analysis. 

  • Manage and optimize the company website to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Plan, implement, and analyze paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify industry trends, assess competitor strategies, and uncover opportunities for differentiation.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment between campaigns and messaging strategies.
  • Develop compelling content including social media content, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and so on ensuring the development of high-quality and engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools.
  • Assist with other marketing responsibilities such as content creation and event management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in website management, SEO, paid advertising, and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Ability to work both collaboratively across teams and independently to effectively execute critical marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization and time-management capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Goal and results oriented.
