We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Typist to join our team. In this role, you will type and enter information into databases or documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys routine tasks, can type quickly and accurately, and wants the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Type and enter data from various sources into company databases or documents
  

• Review and proofread typed information for accuracy and completeness
  

• Maintain and update digital records as needed
  

• Follow data entry procedures and company guidelines
  

• Assist with preparing reports, forms, or correspondence
  

• Handle confidential information with care and discretion
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute preferred)
  

• Basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs
  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
  

• Good time management and organizational skills
