Data Analyst (Hybrid) Client: Confidential SaaS Analytics Firm Location: Seattle, WA - Hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite) Local candidates highly preferred Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6-Month Contract with strong extension potential Please include portfolio links or dashboard samples on submission Skills: Advanced SQL, Power BI/Tableau/Looker, ETL concepts, Data Modeling, Excel, Python/R (nice to have), Stakeholder Reporting Job Requirements: Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, joins, CTEs, and window functions Hands-on experience building interactive dashboards and reports using a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) Ability to translate business questions into analytical requirements and measurable KPIs Experience working with large datasets, data cleansing, and validating data accuracy Understanding of basic data modeling concepts (star schema, dimensions, facts) Comfortable performing ad-hoc analysis for leadership and presenting insights in a clear, concise way Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations, Sales) Ability to document data definitions, data sources, and reporting logic Familiarity with ETL workflows and partnering with data engineering teams Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
