Job Overview:

Our small software development client is looking for a Data Analyst & Developer to join their team! In this role you will play a critical role in supporting our data analytics and development teams. You will be responsible for writing SQL queries, analyzing datasets, and contributing to front-end development using JavaScript and HTML. This position is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in data analysis and web development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
• Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data analysts and developers to identify trends and patterns in large datasets.
• Contribute to front-end development using JavaScript and HTML to improve user interfaces.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing SQL queries and web applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in data analytics and web development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior professional or internship experience in related field.
• Strong motivation to learn and eagerness to jump in from day 1.
• Basic proficiency in SQL for querying databases and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with front-end programming using JavaScript and HTML.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow professionally.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
