Position Overview: The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for executing a high-volume recruitment strategy for a project critical to Arsenal Consulting and its clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, with the ability to pivot between strategic planning and hands-on execution. With the potential for an extension, this position is perfect for a highly motivated individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, hiring needs, and organizational goals. Develop tailored talent acquisition strategies aligned with these objectives.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Ensure a seamless and efficient process for all parties.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure quick fulfillment of current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and acting as a trusted liaison throughout the process.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Use insights to optimize recruitment strategies and report progress to leadership.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to provide clients with informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, ideally within a consulting or contract-based role.
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across various industries and job levels.
  • Expertise in human capital strategies and a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure success using data and recruitment metrics.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and legal requirements related to hiring.
