Do you fit the job description? Apply Now! Job Description: We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented with a preference for high quality and technical expertise. The position requires above average attention to details, concern for the quality of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously with a strong sense of duty. The environments our teams work in are somewhat faster-than-average pace.
General Construction Laborer Responsibilities:
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
- Assist Fireproofing Installers, Spray Foam Installers and other skilled labor as required.
- Prep construction sites by hanging poly sheeting using ladders, scaffold or Scissor lift
- Hand loading/unloading (30lb-60lb) construction materials/equip at warehouse and job site.
- Palletized material loading/unloading.
- Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding or tents.
- Follow instructions from Supervisor/skilled tradesman and management.
- Perform site clean-up, sweeping, remove trash
Construction Laborer Requirements:
- Pass background check drug test screening
- Must have valid driver license with your own reliable transportation
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Willingness and ability to work in all weather conditions
- Adherence to established guidelines and procedures
- Conservative, careful, and cautious approach to work
- Concern for getting work done on time and correctly
- Workers must be punctual and reliable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour to start

Our workdays are Mon-Fri, you will need to be at our shop at 6am Mon-Fri. You will leave from the shop in a company truck to go to the jobsite and be paid for the drive time to and from the jobsite. The time you will arrive back at the shop at the end of the day varies day to day depending on distance from the jobsite to the shop, you will typically be done for the day between 4pm and 5:30pm. We do work some Saturdays but they vary and we try to give at least a weeks notice prior to needing you to work a Saturday.
