**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated construction laborers to join our team, with responsibilities including loading and unloading super sacks of concrete to meet production goals, operating equipment, site clean-up, moving materials, and occasionally assisting with printing tasks. The role requires a collaborative mindset and a willingness to engage in various tasks beyond equipment operation. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload super sacks of concrete every 30 minutes to maintain production goals. + Operate construction equipment regularly, including JCB 510 and Manitu models. + Participate in site clean-up and assist in moving materials. + Collaborate with the team on diverse tasks and projects. + Maintain a team-first mentality, contributing to a collaborative work environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating JCB 510, Manitu, or similar-sized 12K Telehandlers. + Proficiency in using relevant construction equipment for multiple hours per day, five days a week, within the last six months. + Familiarity with concrete handling and construction site operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work flexible shifts, including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as needed. + Willingness to relocate and work at different job sites as required. **Why Work Here?** Embrace the opportunity to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment with potential for relocation to exciting projects like the Community Village project. Flexibility in shift rotation and site assignments is necessary, with guaranteed hours and potential for overtime. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
