Job Description

Stable, strong and long standing Team is looking for loyal, professional and eager Concrete Superintendent to lead one of the area's longest standing and highest applauded construction companies. We are seeking no less than 3yr Superintendent Experience and a strong understanding of all things Concrete.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and setup of concrete forms, scaffolding, and other construction materials
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
- Operate power tools such as concrete saws, jackhammers, and drills
- Assist in the demolition of existing concrete structures
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures on construction sites

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a concrete laborer or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and materials
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Skills:
- Familiarity with Prolog, Primavera, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or other construction management software is a plus
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in the construction industry
