Make a meaningful impact in your community—join Acentra Health as a Clinical Evaluator (PASRR) in Kitsap Lake, Washington. In this hybrid role, you will conduct in-person assessments in nursing homes, hospitals, and community-based settings throughout Kitsap Lake and its surrounding areas.
As a Clinical Evaluator, you will perform face-to-face PASRR Level II assessments to determine appropriate placements and next levels of care for individuals in need. Through these essential evaluations, you’ll play a key role in promoting well-being, enhancing quality of life, and advocating for services that make a lasting difference in the communities we serve.
This position offers the flexibility of working from your home office, combined with local travel. All travel expenses—including mileage and parking—are fully reimbursed. Acentra Health also offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Responsibilities
Complete precise PASRR reviews by assessing and determining the appropriate level of care based on patients’ physical, behavioral, and psychological functioning.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Familiarity with Federal Regulation 42 CFR, Chapter 483.
Experience diagnosing psychiatric disorders using the latest DSM standards applicable to the state.
Background in public mental health and medical programs, including state-funded services and supports..
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation
The compensation for this role is $85.000.00 to $93,600.00 base salary
Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
