DATTCO is searching for safe and courteous individuals to join our Westport, CT team as Charter Bus Driver. This position requires a commercial driver’s license (CDL Class A or B) with P endorsement and either a V or S endorsement.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Transport passengers on day trips.
• Transport school children on athletic and field trips.
• Safely negotiate routes through varied terrain and geographic areas.
• Interact with passengers, clients and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide feedback to operations to improve service response.
• Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for items left behind and coordinate immediate return to the customer.
• Inspect vehicle before and after shift to ensure operational safety.

Minimum Requirements:

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B) with P endorsement and either a V or S endorsement.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
