From your first paycheck to your solo upgrade, we’ll equip you with the skills and support needed to succeed as a professional truck driver.
Weekly Training Pay: $650/week while in training
Solo Driver Pay: $1,000–$1,400+ per week after training
Mileage Rate (DOE): $0.43 – $0.51 CPM
Home Time: Stay out 12–14 days, then reset at home for 34 hours
Freight: Dry van – drop & hook plus live loads
Stop Pay: $15 per stop once training is complete
Your Truck: Assigned late-model tractor upon solo upgrade
Valid CDL-A license holders (new grads encouraged to apply)
Open to OTR runs in 2-week cycles
Must reside within 200 miles of Chandler, AZ 85225
