The Cath Lab Tech assists physicians and other healthcare professionals in the performance of diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures. This role requires on-call availability and the ability to float to other related departments as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field and equipment.
- Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures.
- Document procedures and patient information accurately.
- Participate in on-call rotation, including responding to after-hours emergencies.
- Float to IR (Interventional Radiology) and EP (Electrophysiology) departments as needed.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in the Cath Lab.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- ARRT (R) or RCES certification
- Experience in Cath Lab procedures

Special Considerations:
- On-call requirement: 3 nights per week for 2 hours per night (no weekends).
- Must be able to float to IR and EP departments.
- Time off is approved on an individual basis with only one request per 13-week assignment.
Scheduling:
- 4x10 Days
- 70 hours per 2 weeks guaranteed, but traveler can be called off for one 10-hour shift per 2 weeks.
