What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers through calls, texts, and emails — building relationships that turn leads into loyal buyers.
• Listen to people’s needs and guide them to the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and goals.
• Bring the product to life through engaging demonstrations and persuasive presentations.
• Negotiate transparent deals that create win-win outcomes.
• Follow up after the sale to strengthen relationships and earn repeat business.
• Collaborate with teammates to reach (and exceed) sales targets while keeping our showroom sharp and inviting.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and web-based systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
