Summary
A Building Maintenance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that physical facilities, whether commercial, residential, or institutional, are kept in optimal condition. This professional oversees the day-to-day operations of maintenance services, plans and executes preventative maintenance strategies, addresses urgent repair needs, and champions standards for safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
The Building Maintenance Manager combines technical know-how with leadership abilities, effectively bridging hands-on work and administrative oversight. Their effectiveness directly impacts the longevity of building assets, the satisfaction of occupants, and the overall operational costs of a property.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
It is mandatory that all employees, employed providers and volunteers are vaccinated. All hired candidates must submit proof of vaccination prior to their orientation.
