Description
We're hiring a Bookkeeper to join a fast-paced, small business team in Walnut Creek. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining accurate financial records, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
+ Reconcile bank accounts and prepare month-end financial reports.
+ Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
+ Provide support for tax preparation and financial audits.
Requirements
+ 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized business.
+ Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
