We are looking for a dedicated Accounting/Bookkeeper (AR/AP) to join our team in King of Prussia, PA (On-site) and support our financial operations.

Junior Accountant

📍 Location: King of Prussia, PA (On-site)
💰 Pay Rate: $22-$26 per hour
⏳ Part-time, with potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain customer accounts, payments, balances, and terms.
• Reconcile accounts, send statements, post payments, and manage invoicing.
• Update customer files, handle discrepancies, and manage recurring invoicing.
• Communicate with customers regarding account-related issues.
• Maintain necessary documents, including resale certificates and insurance.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

• Review and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Issue payments using various platforms and monitor credit card transactions.
• Ensure vendor credits are applied and manage payment schedules.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment terms and amounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Google Suite and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, etc.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Basic accounting experience or at least one year of entry-level accounting coursework.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheets and formulas.
