Description

As a Barista you will be responsible for engaging with customers, answering questions and making suggestions to create an unforgettable coffee experience. You will build and develop skills to consistently craft and serve quality beverages and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, take orders, suggestive sell to increase sales and accept payments. 
• Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, brewers, grinders) for beverage production.
• Follow recipes and standards to consistently craft quality beverages.
• Prepare food items for customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and follow food safety standards.
• Organize and maintain stock levels to be prepared to handle customer flow. 
• Complete assigned daily tasks including Opening, closing, and cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a calm demeanor while working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to take direction and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
