The Baker will be responsible for baking the baked good items, including donuts, bagels, croissants, etc. The Baker will be expected to execute proper pre-bake and baking procedures in a timely fashion to produce consistent, high-quality baked products to customers.

There is lots of growth potential within our organization. We are growing quickly and there are full-time and management positions available for those who perform exceptionally.

Requirements

* Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
* Previous experience as a baker/finisher in a bakery environment is preferred, but not required (we'll train!)
* Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
* Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
* Meet safety and sanitation standards
* Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
* Works well in a team environment
* Must submit to a background check
