What We Offer * Guaranteed income while training * $60,000 – $150,000+ annual earning potential in your first year * 5-day work week (Closed Sundays + flexibility for an early day off) * Ability to draw from 1,000+ used vehicles across sister stores * Bonuses & incentives (including employee lease & purchase deals) * Mentorship & full training with a seasoned manager to set you up for success * Career growth opportunities across 12+ dealerships * Benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long-Term Disability * FREE life insurance & 401(k) with company match * Paid time off * Employee discounts with multiple local businesses Responsibilities * Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional satisfaction * Ask questions to understand customer needs & recommend the right vehicle * Conduct vehicle demonstrations & test drives * Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork * Maintain product knowledge on features, accessories, and inventory * Work with service & body shop departments to ensure timely reconditioning * Attend sales meetings and training (dealership & manufacturer) * Prospect new leads, follow up with past customers, and encourage referrals * Understand federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales * Promote dealership service department quality and value Qualifications * No automotive sales experience required — training provided! * Prior sales, customer service, hospitality, financial services, or restaurant industry experience is a plus * High-energy, outgoing, and positive personality * Strong verbal communication skills * Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record * Must pass background check & drug screen Why Join Leman Automotive Group?
