Full job description Job Description: The successful candidate will possess a welcoming and helpful attitude in servicing our customers and understanding that customer satisfaction is our overall goal. This position will have to interact with all departments to ensure that this goal is reached and maintained. Responsibilities:

• Committed to providing exceptional customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Answer incoming calls promptly, and professionally, and connect them with appropriate personnel.
• Review all transactions with promptness and accuracy.
• Reconcile cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
• Assist with clerical duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Ability to work evenings, and Saturdays.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, which may include background check and drug testing.

• 4.5 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend- One Saturday a month
