Automotive Assembly for various ATV and vehicle parts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for machining and/or assembling production parts, maintaining 100% quality with on-time delivery to customer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain strong attendance.
• Understand our safety culture. Wear correct PPE at all times; understand and follow Job Hazard Analysis.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of all production-related documentation (e.g., Operation Sheets, SOS, Key Point, Kan Ban, Flow Cards).
• Maintain process flow for machining/assembling each part based on specific procedures and all daily production tracking reports.
• Perform all quality check inspections including measuring (gauging) part diameters, depths, external and internal grooves, etc. as required
• Approve outgoing, inspected parts by labeling boxes with individual packing number.
• Consistently produce 100% quality parts. Able to identify abnormal situations and report.
• Increasingly able to achieve target efficiencies and expected to continually increase technical knowledge of work cell.
• Demonstrate housekeeping and 5S in work area ang have a good understanding of TPM by checking all fluid levels in the machines (e.g., oil, coolant, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS: (TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION)

• Good math skills and reasoning ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Six months to one year of previous factory / manufacturing experience preferred.
