Job Description

If you are a defense associate with 3+ years of post-Bar experience in litigation and are interested in hearing more about an opportunity with one of our best clients, reach out to me today! This firm offers fully remote and/or hybrid options and will work collaboratively with a team.

Ideal experience:

* 3+ years defense litigation, preferably including toxic tort and/ or products liability matters
* Experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
* Experience attending mediations, arbitrations, and or trials is preferred, but not required
* Admitted in the State Bar of California
* Resides in CA and available to make in-court appearances as needed
