Job Description

We have partnered with a well-respected firm that is known for their ability to fight for employee's rights across California. This firm has helped thousands of employees over nearly ten years. The team currently has about 12 attorneys and each attorney has their own paralegal. The firm has about 50 staff total and they are currently expanding their office. The firm provides a flexible work environment and most attorneys work a hybrid schedule. This is a very mission-driven firm that is dedicated to fighting for their clients. The office culture is pretty laid-back with a casual dress code. Most attorneys can be found wearing jeans and a nice shirt on days they are in the office.

Requirements

* 4+ years civil litigation experience- labor and employment

* Defense candidates will be considered

* California bar- in good standing

* ABA Accredited law school
