Amazon DSP Driver Helper - $18/hr | GUARANTEED 40 hrs/wk | 5 days/wk | Liberty, MO, HMC3 | Paragon Logistics LLC 

Compensation: $18/hr | $27/hr Overtime | Benefits | Medical | Vision | Dental | Insurance | Life | $37,440/yr Base + OT + Benefits + PTO

Responsibilities:

• Safely assist in the handling and delivery of large packages.
• Load and unload packages with the delivery team.
• Use handheld devices for routing and delivery information.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Lift packages weighing up to 50-70+ lbs and perform tasks with enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Age 18 and up.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Physical fitness to lift packages and perform delivery tasks.
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Assist in loading/unloading XL packages.

Benefits & Scheduling:

• 10-hour shifts are typical.
• 5 day workweek (40 hours) is typical.
• 2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages up to 50-70+ lbs. frequently; maneuver packages up to 70 lbs. or up to 300 pounds with a team.
• Communicate effectively with the support team for smooth deliveries.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicles.
• Support team in daily work and rescue calls.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening (no THC screening for pre-employment)
• Good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills.
