Requirements:
#Position Responsibilities
*To perform complete painting procedures from sanding to masking to painting and detailing. Painting the full aircraft, from nose to tail.
#Basic Qualifications(Required Skills/Experience)
* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in related paint processes
* Attention to detail
* Aircraft industry experience is preferred
#Job Duties
* Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old coatings or corrosion. This includes masking, priming, and applying filler as needed. (Strip & Prepare)
* Mix paints, primers, etc. according to specifications
* Perform layout and masking as necessary
* Paints aircraft, small parts, and various surfaces according to required specifications
* Maintain painting equipment (spray guns, compressors, etc) in proper working order.
* Perform miscellaneous paint operations and other duties as assigned
