Job Description Pay Range: $23.58 - $29.62 / hour The Yoga Instructor at Chuze leads various exercise classes and activities designed to improve participants’ physical fitness and overall well-being. They are knowledgeable and courteous professionals dedicated to creating exceptional fitness experiences, which makes our classes a top choice for Chuze members.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following - Build a strong rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing safe and motivating sessions for participants
- Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving to each class with prepared with any necessary equipment and music with adherence to licensing agency requirements
- Complete Chuze onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions and maintain knowledge of updates
- Maintain Chuze cleanliness standards during and after sessions and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
- Engage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback received from the Fitness Manager through regular check-ins, training, and session evaluations
- Participate in ongoing fitness industry education and maintain proof of current credentials
- Maintain professional relationships through communication and teamwork with all Chuze staff to meet member and facility needs
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled Fitness department meetings and special promotional events to promote participation in Chuze Fitness offerings
- Utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for essential department communications

Physical Requirements - Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
- Walking and climbing stairs
- Leading and performing high-intensity workouts
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
