Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Wellness Academy Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids, United States. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive wellness education programs while managing a team of wellness professionals and trainers.

• Provide personal training and group fitness classes to clientele
• Design and oversee comprehensive wellness curriculum development and implementation
• Lead and mentor a team of wellness trainers and program coordinators
• Develop and manage program budgets while tracking ROI metrics
• Create and maintain educational content for various wellness initiatives
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align wellness programs with organizational objectives
• Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and participant feedback
• Implement quality control measures for all wellness education programs
• Foster partnerships with external wellness experts and vendors
• Drive innovation in wellness program delivery methods
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Education, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in wellness program management
• 3+ years of experience in training or educational role
• Proven track record in curriculum development and implementation
• Professional certifications such as Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS) or Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager (CWWPM)
• Strong knowledge of corporate wellness programs and adult learning principles
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation
• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated experience in budget management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and wellness program management software
