Job Description

Position Overview: DentalQore is seeking a talented Web & Graphic Designer with strong design expertise, focused on creating and updating visually compelling dental websites that help enhance our clients' SEO performance.This full-time, in-person position is based in American Fork, Utah, and offers comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, corporate passes, monthly company lunches, and a modern office environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and update SEO compelling websites using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
  • Lead design consultations and reviews over the phone, interpreting client visions to create websites that reflect their brand, and making real-time edits to ensure the designs meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to produce website mockups and other digital assets.
  • Maintain and manage client design timelines, ensuring deadlines are met while balancing multiple projects.
  • Participate in design reviews, incorporating feedback from clients, managers, and internal teams to revise and refine designs.
  • Stay updated on design trends, web design best practices, and UX/UI principles to ensure cutting-edge, high-quality results.
  • Consistently push creative boundaries and demonstrate originality, attention to detail, and innovation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, using strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients via phone, email.
  • Update designs as needed, following client feedback and internal reviews, while maintaining a high standard of creativity and functionality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong knowledge of web design, UX/UI design, and branding principles.
  • Minimum 18 months of professional experience in web design and graphic design.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct design reviews over the phone and in person.
  • A high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Must submit a portfolio showcasing web design and graphic design work.
