Job Description
Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is looking for a Visual Designer (Branding) to join their team for a hybrid 3-month contract in Burbank, CA. This position requires working onsite 2 days week. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working with big/national brands. The focus will be on driving design language, brand, and visual design needs across the org.
Responsibilities:- Develop concepts for business segments, translating complex ideas into effective designs.
- Create and maintain brand identity elements, design standards, and style guides.
- Design and deliver necessary graphics and assets, including style guides, templates, and branding materials.
- Build client presentations that align with brand guidelines.
- Present and articulate design direction and concepts to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Visual, UI, UX, and Product designers to evolve design language and branding.
- Generate design work plans, estimate work items, and manage dependencies and issues.
- Participate in team development through key initiatives and collaborative projects.
- Inspire innovative thinking and explore unique approaches to design problems.
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience with big or national brands
- Visual design experience with strong portfolio-brand work with examples of layout design, comms templates, logos.
- Experience with Adobe Suite-Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and Figma
- Bonus: Intermediate or Expert Level with PowerPoint or keynote presentations (in portfolio)
