Vehicle Accessories & Customization Specialist True South Customs | Jenkins & Wynne FordFull-Time Monday through Friday 7am-4pm | Hourly + Commission $45k-$60k+ Love Ford trucks, custom builds, and seeing your work roll off the lot? This role puts you at the center of our growing True South Customs program—helping customers personalize their vehicles while earning hourly pay plus commission on every accessory package sold. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys vehicles, likes working with people, and wants sales income without traditional car sales pressure. What You’ll Do As our Vehicle Accessories & Customization Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things accessories and custom builds. You’ll work closely with Sales, Parts, Service, and customers to bring customized vehicles to life. Day-to-day responsibilities include: * Assisting customers with selecting vehicle accessories such as wheels, lift kits, bed covers, steps, lighting, and appearance upgrades * Preparing accessory quotes and explaining options clearly to customers * Selling accessory packages and earning commission on completed installs * Ordering accessories and coordinating installation schedules with Parts and Service * Working with the Sales team to stock the lot with ready-to-sell customized vehicles * Tracking which accessories and packages sell best to support future builds * Ensuring customized vehicles are completed accurately and on time You won’t be turning wrenches—we’ll train you on systems and processes. What We’re Looking For This role is perfect for someone who: * Loves vehicles—especially Ford trucks and custom builds * Enjoys working with customers and building relationships * Is organized and can juggle multiple projects at once * Communicates well with sales managers and department leaders * Has a positive, outgoing personality (high-I personalities thrive here) * Wants growth opportunity in a specialized, in-demand role Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.
