Responsabilidades del puesto: Dirigir y gestionar transmisiones en vivo en TikTok para el mercado hispanohablante, mostrando y promocionando los productos de la empresa, interactuando con los espectadores en tiempo real y respondiendo consultas en español. Comprender y anticipar las preferencias de la audiencia para fomentar interacciones significativas, impulsar ventas y aumentar el engagement de los seguidores, cumpliendo con los objetivos de GMV (Valor Bruto de Mercancía) y rendimiento de las transmisiones. Colaborar en la selección de productos y storytelling, creando narrativas atractivas en español para destacar los puntos clave de venta y promover productos populares y de alta demanda. Participar en la planificación de campañas de transmisiones en vivo y el análisis posterior, optimizando guiones, flujos de transmisión, presentación de productos, promociones y contenido de video para mejorar resultados. Enfocarse en aumentar la base de seguidores hispanohablantes y elevar la visibilidad de la marca mediante estrategias de contenido, tácticas de engagement y construcción de comunidad.
