Position: Therapeutic Companion/Live-In Coach
Department: Aging ServicesStatus: Per diem, part-time (Non-exempt)
Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour, daily compensation ranges from $600 - $800 per day depending on client needs. Cases will typically be no less than 1-month engagements.

Intent Clinical is a national behavioral health concierge firm dedicated to helping families and individuals create sustainable solutions to improved well-being. With over 400 clinical and operational employees located across the country with a vast spectrum of specialties, we can provide clinical support to clients in their homes and virtually in the form of therapeutic coaching, family coaching, care management for aging adults, care management, therapeutic companions, interventions, mental health transports, and behavioral health navigation. Our team consists of (but is not limited to) licensed social workers, drug and alcohol counselors, consultants, clinical psychologists, RNs, and care managers. The clients we are serve are amongst all ages, all spectrums of mental and behavioral health, and are typically within the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth space.
Who you are:
You are professional, dependable, and able to tailor your therapeutic approach according to each client’s specific needs. You are dedicated to the client’s well-being, understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion, and are adept at managing crises while remaining calm and focused. You are comfortable working short-term engagements within a long-term rotation of other professionals. You have experience working with older adults and are comfortable supporting individuals with a range of diagnoses. The ideal companion candidate is adept at working independently while also thriving with supervision and guidance.
