A manufacturing company has an opportunity available for a Supply Chain Manager to work first shift from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Duties:

Keep track of logistics and update the company's inventory
Analyze operational performance and resolve issues
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards
Assist with creating effective business plans, so teamwork skills are important
Evaluate and report on KPI's, and monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
Maintain supply chain inventory and records, find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes, and resolve issues that come up
Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
Perform other office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar field
Must be able to negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
Must have great leadership and communication abilities
Must be computer literate
Must be able to analyze and resolve issues while meeting quality, legal, and safety standards
Must have the ability to create effective business plans
Must have an articulate, professional, and upbeat phone voice
Must have excellent organizational and communication skills while working in a team environment
