Job Description

Total Flight Solutions has an immediate opening for a Student Success & Admissions Coach to support prospective and active flight training students pursuing their helicopter or airplane pilot goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Triangle North Executive Airport (LHZ), with occasional travel to our Pinehurst campus. You will receive salary compensation with performance-based bonuses tied to onboarding and student retention milestones.

Duties:

• Responding promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins.
• Advising prospective students on training paths, course options, timelines, and expectations.
• Guiding students through onboarding steps, required documentation, and initial setup.
• Tracking student progress and conducting early retention check-ins.
• Maintaining accurate notes, records, and status updates in CRM or internal systems.
• Collaborating with instructors and administrative staff to ensure a smooth training experience.
• Assisting with student success stories and social media-related marketing support.
• Following the student journey through to successful completion of their training.

Requirements:

• Aviation experience and familiarity. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Sales-oriented mindset with an emphasis on student needs and success.
• Ability to explain complex processes clearly and effectively.
• Organizational skills with consistent follow-through on tasks and student milestones.
• Highly motivated and available for full-time employment.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools, email correspondence, and data tracking systems.
