REMOTE Sr. Mechanical Engineer - HVAC Design

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of HVAC systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop integrated HVAC solutions.
• Utilize Revit to create detailed design models and technical documentation for HVAC systems.
• Perform load calculations and system analysis to optimize HVAC performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC design and engineering.
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, load calculations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
