Clinic - Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

MedCare Pediatric Group is looking for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team to provide, evaluate, and implement speech therapy services to pediatric clients.

Full-Time and Part-Time openings available at our Houston Clinic

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school program of Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - new grads are welcomed to apply!
Licensed to practice as an Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Texas by anticipated start date
Experience in pediatrics and bilingual are a plus but necessarily required

Job Duties:

Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients with communication disorders
Identify functional speech defects and establishes a plan of care to improve patient’s function
Implement programs to promote the development of communication skills
