Language Interpreter Job Description –
As a Language Interpreter, you will be responsible for
• Clearly and accurately interpreting between target language and source language people who have limited proficiency in English
• This position will involve over-the-phone and in person interpretation and sight translation of documents
• Completing necessary actions to resolve the customer’s need
• Operating standard office equipment and uses required software
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned within the job scope
Requirements
• Proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
• Three years combination of education and training, and/or experience in a customer service position
• Experience with MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Time-management skills
• High School Diploma
• Bilingual in Spanish
