Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Software Engineer Consultant.

Job Title:

Software Engineer ( UIPath Consultant with Agentic AI experience)

Position type: Full-time Contract

Duration: 12-Month Contract (Possible Extension)

Location: Charlotte NC OR Iselin NJ (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/2 days remote)

As a Software Engineer Consultant, You Will

• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using the UiPath platform, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements.
• Seamlessly integrate advanced Agentic AI components, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and potentially computer vision into RPA workflows to enhance decision-making, exception handling, and process efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert, consulting with business stakeholders to analyze complex, manual processes and identify high-value automation opportunities that benefit from AI-driven intelligence.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize existing and newly deployed automations, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency. Implement logging, error handling, and reporting mechanisms.
• Utilize knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) to deploy, manage, and scale the automation and AI components effectively.
• Design and implement robust API integrations and leverage a microservices architecture to facilitate communication between RPA bots, legacy systems, and external AI services.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD), Test Plans, and deployment guides.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficiency in major RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, NLP, and potentially computer vision technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with API design and microservices architecture.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle dynamic and unexpected scenarios that require adaptive solutions.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and effective collaboration within cross-functional teams

Pay Range And Benefits

Pay Range*:Between $60-$65 per hour>

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
