About the Role:

The   Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing high-quality video and photo content for social media. The ideal candidate is organized, creative and energized by the process of both conceptualizing with the broader team and independently executing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Social Media Manager in creating and publishing content across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and the TKRG Intranet.
  • Maintain brand consistency in voice, style, and messaging across all social media channels.
  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with the Branding & Communications team to execute social media strategies aligned with TKRG’s marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Capture real-time on-site photos and videos to showcase the brand’s identity and experiences.
  • Create and edit high-quality video content that aligns with brand guidelines and platform specifications.
  • Assist in photoshoots and video productions, including behind-the-scenes content and videography.
  • Manage and update the social media content calendar to ensure timely and strategic posting.
  • Support internal communication efforts by assisting with TKRG intranet posts and management.
Job Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, management tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social).
  • Strong written and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in photography, videography, and video editing for social media.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to drive engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Ability to learn and adhere to TKRG brand standards to maintain consistency in content.
