Job Description

The goals of the Social Media Specialist role are to develop and place next-level content that fits within the company values and branding. Other duties include monitoring analytics, manufacturing laughs, interacting with followers, analyzing data, and staying up to date on the various social platforms. The candidate we’re looking for brings rockstar energy, a pro-team attitude, and innovative ideas!

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Content Creation- Develop and post innovative content across various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics that align with the company’s strong standards of Family Morals, Business Morals, and Risk Management. 
• Strategy Development- Collaborate with company leadership on social media strategy to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
• Social Community Management- Engage positively and enthusiastically with followers by responding to relevant comments, messages, and mentions, fostering brand loyalty. 
• Analytics and Reporting- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics like reach, engagement, and impressions, providing insights to inform strategy adjustments. 
• Trend Analysis- Stay up-to-date on emerging social media trends and platforms with the goal of continuous improvement.
• Ad Campaign Design : Designing social media ads and contests, ensuring they stand out and are within goals and budgets.
• Consistency & Strategy : Ensuring all designs across different platforms maintain brand consistency and visual harmony.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a similar rolls
• Excellent business and casual writing skills 
• Strong values and ethics
• Expert-level understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities
• Visual design and content creation skills (e.g., photo taking and editing, graphic design)
• Videography skills are a BIG plus
• Analytical skills to interpret data and track performance
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to receive and adapt to feedback
• A positive can-do attitude
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced work environment 
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and walk on varied terrain
