We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our creative team and lead the post-production of our larger YouTube projects, primarily for a Racing YouTube Channel. This is a highly collaborative and creatively demanding role, ideal for someone who thrives in storytelling through video and has a strong sense of pacing, tone, and audience engagement.

Each project involves turning hours of motorsport footage and narrative into a compelling 20–30 minute video, with new videos released every two weeks .

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of editing biweekly long-form YouTube videos (20–30 minutes in length).

  • Manage 40–60 hours of editing per video, crafting clear and engaging narratives in post.

  • Organize raw footage, b-roll, graphics, and sound to build a strong story arc.

  • Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and creative transitions as needed.

  • Work closely with the content team to align the final edit with the channel’s voice, pacing, and audience.

  • Manage feedback cycles efficiently and implement revisions in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • 3+ years of experience as a video editor, preferably in long-form YouTube content .

  • A portfolio showcasing long-form edits for successful YouTube channels

  • Expertise in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro (proficiency in both is a plus).

  • Strong sense of storytelling and experience with narrative-driven editing.

  • Excellent organizational skills —ability to manage large timelines, complex assets, and tight turnarounds.

  • Understanding of pacing, tone, and structure appropriate for YouTube and motorsport audiences.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule while meeting deadlines.
