Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (C#, ASP.NET, Oracle, SOA/Microservices, Healthcare HIPAA)

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification:

• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop and maintain applications in C# and/or ASP.NET for n-tier web deployment.
• Experience in developing and maintaining web applications utilizing HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficient in Oracle Database design, including PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, and table creation.
• Experience in interpreting and analyzing business requirements and translating them into application logic and functionality.
• Skilled in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integration, including the development of secure .NET web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/RESTful APIs, message and queue processing, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) frameworks.
• Experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures to support scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Experience developing applications compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
• Proficient in designing and implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
• Experience developing web applications using Model-View-Controller (MVC) 5 or later versions.
• Experience in coding and maintaining healthcare applications containing HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with data privacy and security standards.
