Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (C#, ASP.NET, Oracle PL/SQL, WCF, Healthcare HIPAA

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification:

• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to design, develop, and maintain complex n-tier web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Web API.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining modern, responsive web applications utilizing HTML5, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficient in Oracle Database design and data modeling, with strong experience in PL/SQL development, including stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, views, and table creation.
• Hands-on experience implementing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integrations, including development of secure .NET web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), dynamic link libraries (DLLs), SOAP/RESTful APIs, message and queue processing, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) components.
• Experience in source code management and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Git.
• Experience in user provisioning, authentication, and authorization using OKTA, LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager.
• Collaborated with UI/UX designers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to define technical requirements, project scope, and delivery timelines.
• Experience developing and maintaining healthcare applications and data containing Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Experience supporting and maintaining Human Resource list management systems in accordance with Civil Service guidelines.
