As a Senior Market Research Analyst at FARM, you will play a key role in supporting our market research efforts. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our industry, competitors, and target audience. Your findings will inform critical business decisions and help us stay ahead in a competitive market.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including product/service offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Data Collection: Gather data through surveys, interviews, online research, and other data sources to create a comprehensive database for analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis tools and software to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, complete with data visualizations and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
  • Stay Informed: Continuously stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research to ensure the company's competitive edge.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in market research or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, Excel, or similar software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques.
  • Familiarity with survey design and data collection.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
