Strategically allocate resources to regions with high volume and significant potential for returns.

Lead the post-promotion analysis process for all programs to assess promotional effectiveness and in-store execution.

Provide accurate forecasting of CAPEX and OPEX expenditures, taking into account performance from previous years.

  • Build, develop, and lead a large, geographically diverse account team to ensure effective partnerships, programs, key retail relationships, and collaborative efforts with Red Bull and Distributor Partner (DP) field personnel in each Business Unit (BU).

Foster growth, development, and leadership within all direct reports, in alignment with Red Bull’s standards.

Establish a robust talent pool of future Red Bull leaders while prioritizing career development across the entire team.

Guide account managers in creating impactful programs and cultivating strong retail relationships.

Coach and inspire direct reports to enhance productivity through time spent in the field, in the office, and in meetings to implement Red Bull’s strategies.

  • Strengthen and enhance business relationships with senior management at Walmart on a national level.

Ensure regional account managers adhere to defined processes that keep retailers and regional key decision-makers focused on the energy drink segment, utilizing strategies and tactics that are either nationally consistent or tailored to regional needs.

Optimize the effectiveness of Red Bull’s cross-functional support within Walmart by fostering strong connections between regional marketing and sales departments.

Communicate consistently and collaborate effectively with all teams across Business Units and regions.

  • Partner with the distribution network to optimize in-store presence and enhance consumer impact.

Develop essential tools and business review templates to ensure data consistency with Business Units (BUs) and Distribution Partners (DPs).

Utilize Business Insights and analyst teams to equip the distributor network and field teams with comprehensive selling tools.

Coordinate the Distribution Partner (DP) network with relevant Walmart personnel.

Work closely with the DP Senior Leadership team to boost business growth in high-volume regions.

  • Possesses a comprehensive working knowledge of all Red Bull systems (BI, IRI, CPM, Workbench, etc.).

Leads business priorities, objectives, and outcomes related to CPM (a long-term business transformation initiative) across all Key Account processes.
