As one of the investment leaders of the past 50 years, our portfolio management arm has a reputation for being one of the most forward-thinking and technically innovative firms in the entire industry. It has focused on developing scalable and modern technologies that would only otherwise be found in the top tech and startup tech companies rather than in a trading business.

This group is establishing its Generative AI team and looking to hire its first Gen AI engineer, with a focus on developing internal Gen AI solutions and use cases powered by Large Language Models (LLM), NLP, and machine learning to drive business performance.

Part of this work will involve scaling and integrating the models into the overall ecosystem of the company, while also enhancing the models. You will work with some of the most talented engineers and data professionals in the nation and interface with business stakeholders to create new and innovative use cases while continuously researching new developments in AI, ML and LLM.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience programming in Python.
• Prior professional experience working with NLP and Machine Learning
• Hands-on professional experience working with Gen AI and LLM tools (i.e. GPT, BERT)
• Tangible experience working with ETL, relational databases, NoSQL or MongoDB.
• Desire to work with machine learning tools
• Prior professional experience with cloud environments (i.e. AWS, GCP)
• A bachelors or higher in computer science or a related field
• Must have excellent communication skills.
