Senior Digital Marketing Associate - Google Ads & Analytics Expert (Remote)
Position Overview:
Are you passionate about digital marketing and ready to make an impact in the HealthTech sector? We are looking for a talented Senior Digital Marketing Associate to join our team and play a key role in driving growth through Google Ads (Search/Display) campaigns. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for enhancing the acquisition, activation, and retention of Health Care Providers (HCPs) while promoting our partners' brands.
As part of a dynamic team, you'll work closely with Director-level talent and the Head of Marketing in a fast-paced environment. Our work is driven by a structured four-step process: Strategy ➔ Content Generation ➔ Delivery ➔ Data Capture.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Campaign Management: Lead the creation and management of Google Ads campaigns (Search/Display) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion. You'll be involved in keyword research, ad copy creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and optimizing budgets and bids for maximum ROI and ROAS.
Cross-Channel Digital Marketing: Contribute to digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and programmatic ads. You'll also work on influencer campaigns, direct mail, and event marketing to support our mission.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that improve marketing results. You will collaborate to create innovative communication strategies, marketing materials, and digital content that support business objectives.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance. You will iterate on campaigns based on data insights to ensure continual improvement.
Project Management: Successfully manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and working efficiently to meet deadlines.
Communication & Presentation: Present creative concepts, campaign results, and insights in a clear and effective manner to a variety of audiences. Your ability to communicate professionally and personably will be key.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and analytics. Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot), email campaigns, SEO, A/B testing, and data analytics is a must.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing platforms, Google Ads campaign management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to create compelling digital strategies.
Mindset: A curious, flexible, and collaborative team player who thrives in a startup environment. A strong desire to continuously learn and innovate, especially in the HealthTech space, is highly valued.
Education: An undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Bonus: Startup experience and a background in HealthTech are highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $76,000 - $95,000, depending on location and experience. Plus, performance-based bonuses.
